Quality & workflow

A clear scope.
A traceable review.

Know what is reviewed, how findings reach your team, and what needs to be in place before the first study.

Before review begins

Fit the service
to the receiving team.

The first quote specifies the work, delivery date, fee, and reporting requirements. Clinical access is arranged separately from a website inquiry.

01 / Scope

Define the recording interval.

Identify the study type, start and end times, patient age group, relevant clinical question, and whether video review is included. Note missing files or information before proceeding.

02 / Access

Confirm the review environment.

Test the receiving team’s approved platform, account permissions, software version, and annotation/export workflow. Prior experience with a system is considered separately from compatibility with your setup.

03 / Responsibility

Name the clinical contacts.

Agree the interpreting physician, the route for time-sensitive findings, acknowledgment expectations, and the response if a contact cannot be reached. Retrospective review is distinct from live monitoring.

04 / Information handling

Set access and retention terms.

Document the required agreements, permitted access, storage location, retention/deletion arrangements, and incident contact. Confirm insurance and institutional requirements before accepting clinical work.

During review

Keep the observation
connected to its source.

The technical report should make it possible to inspect an observation and understand its limits.

01

Preserve the original study

Bookmarks and representative excerpts support navigation. The original recording remains available through the agreed review environment; a clipped set is not the only record retained.

02

Record relevant context

Attach dates, time zone, event duration and its measurement basis, relevant clinical observations, and source references. Separate observed findings from supplied history.

03

Make limitations visible

Describe artifact, missing channels, data gaps, unavailable video, or uncertainty that affects an observation. Avoid implying certainty where the available record does not support it.

04

Keep corrections traceable

Date revised reports and identify the changed content. Agree how corrections and physician feedback are returned, including the revision scope covered by the quote.

Evaluate a first engagement

Measure the work
in your own workflow.

Use a small batch to assess preparation time, report clarity, source-reference usefulness, requested corrections, and delivery against the agreed schedule.

No measured time-saving or diagnostic-performance result is claimed on this website. The first engagements are where that evidence is collected.

Clinical responsibility

John Slayden, REEGT, NA-CLTM, prepares preliminary technical analysis. The designated physician performs independent review, clinical correlation, final interpretation, and sign-off.

Public website

The inquiry form accepts business contact and workload details only. It is not an upload portal for EEG recordings or patient information.
