Privacy, in plain language.
How this public website handles a visit and a general inquiry.

Browsing
Electro-Intelligence has not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Hosting and security providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Submitting an inquiry
The form collects your name, email, organization, role, and the workload details you choose to provide. A successful submission is stored in a private database for Electro-Intelligence to review and respond. The public website does not expose submitted inquiries. Owner access requires sign-in and an authorized account.
A short-lived, first-party form cookie helps validate your submission. To limit automated abuse, the system also keeps a keyed, temporary identifier derived from your request’s network address and an hourly window. The inquiry record itself does not include your IP address. Expired abuse-control records are removed as submissions are processed.
Use and retention
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess the proposed engagement, and maintain the related business correspondence. It is not sold or used for advertising. Inquiry records remain available for follow-up until removed; an automatic deletion schedule has not been enabled. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact address below, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Patient information
The public form and general inquiry email are not clinical-data submission channels. Do not include patient identifiers, EEG recordings, or other health information. Clinical engagements require separately agreed access and information-handling arrangements.
If you contact us by email or receive an email response, the relevant email providers process the message as part of delivery. A website submission does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
